Let me know what you think and thanks for indulging in my long message. To unlock this achievement you must first achieve 100% within the game and then enter the room at the back, inside the Avengers mansion with a trophy symbol next to the door. I think I would obviously be most excited for a crossover game, but i think most likely would be a Supervillains game. Whatever the concept, there is definitely a reason to return to NY and the Marvel properties. Pros: very obviously what would make kids and fans alike the most excited. Cons: copyright nightmare, DLC (would it be harder to decide on who gets the DLC, would that be the thing that sinks it completely). This one for me has the most concrete ending to both franchises of mutual respect between JL and Avengers fitting right in with Lego’s sweet tone. Clearly would be the biggest undertaking and most complicated to get clearance for, but TT Games would be the ones to do it, what other company could switch between a DC copyrighted game and a Disney copyrighted game multiple times within the same decade. The granddaddy of all the ideas, Lego Marvel vs DC Superheroes. I think this is an idea I’d love to see done at some point either way. Pro: a lot of the content since Infinity War has been villain focused and could provide more direct translation like Loki and Multiverse of Madness. Con: reception to Lego Marvel 2 and it’s new place as essentially the finale to the heroes arc. Lots to toy around with for this idea, and there are pros and cons. Very classic Doom to seed plans while Kang is causing a reality altering event, good way to reintroduce the FF in time for their movie, all around just a very solid and safe choice, but in terms of presenting new concepts, something TT Games flocks to, it’s a bit lacking. The concept of taking a side and/or building your team in a more limited way could fit very well to give more challenge to the game.ĭr. I also think splitting the roster like UA2 did could yield very interesting results for a Lego game. I think this route leaves the most windows open for non-Avengers characters being incorporated into the main plot, not just as collectables. I think this is a pretty straightforward route to do something similar to Ultimate Alliance 2, of a more comic version of the events, just you know without the whole Speedball thing. So I have a couple different ideas of routes they could go that would separate them from Marvel 1 and Marvel 2’s plots so I don’t think we can do either a multiverse idea or a Galactus invasion again:Ĭivil War. The obvious answer would be Thanos right, but he had a whole DLC and I really don’t think they’ll have him be the big bad for Marvel 3 especially not when he was big bad in MUA3. So we had Galactus then Kang, and also Ultron in Lego Avengers (but dicey on if that one even counts). ![]()
